I was born in south west of China, in a city called Chengdu. As a child I was fascinated with Japanese comics, like "Sailormoon(美少女戦士セーラームーン)" and "Cardcaptor Sakura(カードキャプターさくら)". I adored the interesting stories connected with different costume designs in those magic books that I started to draw and design some cartoon figures with beautiful dresses, put them all into stories and spent months to hand sew some pieces. I even convinced my grandmother to teach me how to knit, and hand knitted sweaters and small accessories by the age of 10.

I went to Dong Hua University to study Fashion Design in Shanghai, China, and was accepted by the accessories design exchange program in Fashion Institute of Technology in New York(FIT). After the studies in FIT, I attend the AAS program in Parsons, New York. Throughout the internships in adidas, 3.1 Phillip Lim and Michael Kors, and a freelance experience for Trish Wescoat Pound, I found myself fascinated with mixed effects of softness and sporty movement in womenswear. I love to apply laces, trims, and all those kind of little feminine accessories to give garments interesting details, and to put them together with street style vibes. My heart was leading me to move to Europe, and to seek for my fashion design dream.
